I have recorded several 'mediation starters'. These lead you through the basics of  relaxation; posture, breath, turning inward and then guide you in to a meditative visualization. This simply gets you started, then you continue the mediation independently once the audio stops. You can finish the meditative experience whenever you want by opening your eyes. These open ended meditations allow you to determine the length of your practice.

After I recorded this I used a free audio merger app on my cell phone to repeat this 8 times in one MP3 file so I have a forty minute workout interval timer! That file is too big to share but you could merge it yourself with a free app and make it as long as you like.
